How your details are handled.

This notice explains what dutamas.com collects, why, who handles it, and how you can see or correct your details, or withdraw your consent.

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form, we receive your name, the way you want to be contacted (phone, WhatsApp or email), any layout and message you choose to add, and the page and language you sent it from. We never need your identity card number, income or any document.

What it is used for

Only to reply to your enquiry: to send the price list or layout details you asked for, or to arrange a visit. Without your separate consent, it is not used for any other marketing.

Who receives it

Enquiries are received and answered by Kevin Lee. The form is sent and stored through Formspree, whose servers are in the United States. If you choose WhatsApp or a phone call, the conversation takes place on that service. The website is hosted by Cloudflare.

Kept only in your browser

Layouts you add to “My shortlist” in the floor plans are kept only in your own browser (local storage) and are never sent to us automatically. The list travels only with a WhatsApp message or enquiry form that you send. Clearing your browser’s site data deletes it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to reply to and follow up your enquiry, and then deleted.
